These terms govern your use of the Tús AI website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. If you engage us for paid services, a separate written agreement (a Statement of Work, proposal, or master services agreement) will apply to that work and will take precedence over these website terms for anything covered by both.
1. About these terms
These are the website terms of use for www.tusai.ie and any subdomain we operate (the "site"). The site is provided for general information about our services. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer; any service relationship begins with a written engagement.
2. Who we are
The site is operated by Ethical Digital Marketing Limited, a private limited company registered in Ireland, trading as Tús AI. Our registered office is Unit 2 Shearwater, Kinsale, Co Cork. Contact: help@tusai.io.
3. Use of this website
You agree to use the site lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You will not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its hosting infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or stress-test the site beyond reasonable use
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or contains malware
- Misrepresent your identity in any contact form or correspondence
We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, or contact authorities where these terms are breached.
4. Scope of services
The site describes the kinds of work we typically do — AI Opportunity Audits, AI automation, custom business tools, dashboards, client portals, AI training, and related services. Pricing ranges, timelines, and examples on the site are indicative. Actual scope, deliverables, price, and timeline for any project will be agreed with you in writing before work begins.
5. AI outputs and judgement
Our work involves artificial intelligence systems including large language models and automation tools. AI outputs can be useful but are also fallible. They can be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given context.
We design our work around human-in-the-loop review: AI assists your team by drafting, classifying, summarising, or preparing information, while important decisions, customer communications, professional judgement, pricing, legal matters, employment matters, financial decisions, and health-related information remain the responsibility of a human reviewer in your business.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them, sending them to customers, or making decisions based on them. We do not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its content, layout, code, graphics, and trademarks are owned by Ethical Digital Marketing Limited or used under licence. You may view, print, and download pages from the site for personal or internal business reference. You may not republish, sell, or substantially copy site content without our written consent.
For paid client work, ownership of deliverables is governed by your engagement agreement. Our standard position is that, on full payment, the client owns the production accounts, configuration, and core project assets we build for them, with us retaining ownership of generic underlying methodology, components, and templates we re-use across clients.
7. No professional advice
Information on the site is general in nature. It is not legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, employment, medical, or financial advice. Industry-specific pages (for example, AI for Solicitors, AI for Accountants) describe the kind of practical workflow improvements we can build — they do not constitute advice in those professional fields. Always confirm your specific obligations with a qualified adviser.
Information about Irish digital supports such as the Grow Digital Voucher and Digital for Business is provided for context only. Eligibility, scope, and rules are set by the Local Enterprise Office, Enterprise Ireland, and other support bodies — not by us. We do not guarantee approval or eligibility for any grant.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, that the site will be available, error-free, secure, or that the information on it is accurate, current, or complete. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Irish law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website
- We are not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill, or data
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the website is limited to €100, or such greater amount as may be required by law
Liability arising from paid client engagements is governed by the relevant engagement agreement, not by these website terms.
10. Third-party services and links
The site may link to third-party websites (for example the Local Enterprise Office, the Data Protection Commission, or AI tool providers). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Linking does not imply endorsement.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Ethical Digital Marketing Limited against any claim, loss, or cost we incur arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising from or connected to these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
